Just a reminder that we are closing in on the 7 week mark, June 26th is creeping up fast! Our goal for the Alzheimer Society is to have 50 people running in support of Alzheimer's and we are getting close, so I wanted to let all of you know we still have some free registration codes available if you know anyone who might be interested. The more the merrier!
Also, I was hoping some of you out there might have some tips for training. Maybe there is something that helps you mentally or physically get through those longer runs?

I run with an iPod - I have to or else I would stop after the first kilometre. I make a playlist that has specific songs that pump me up at spots where I start to lag.
